Jessica Nguyen Joins Sandstone as President, Chief Strategy and Legal Officer

Former Deputy GC of AI Innovation and Trust at Docusign to Guide Product Development, Go-to-Market Strategy, and Community Building for Sandstone, AI-Native Legal Platform

NEW YORK, NY — March 9, 2026 — Sandstone, the AI-native platform for in-house legal teams, today announced that Jessica Nguyen has joined the company as President, Chief Strategy and Legal Officer. Nguyen brings extensive experience building and scaling legal operations at leading technology companies, including Docusign, Lexion, PayScale, and Microsoft, as well as law firm experience and advisory roles across the legal tech ecosystem.

In her role at Sandstone, Nguyen will guide product development to best serve clients, lead Sandstone's go-to-market strategy, and foster a community for the in-house legal professionals to convene and discuss the future of legal operations.

Most recently, Nguyen served as Deputy GC for AI Innovation and Trust at Docusign, where she led legal strategy for AI products and governance. She also leads Contract Nerds, a legal community acquired by Docusign that has become a cornerstone for in-house legal professionals. Previously, she served as Chief Legal Officer at Lexion, General Counsel at Payscale, and spent four years as an attorney at Microsoft, where she gained deep insight into legal operations at scale. She also brings four years of law firm experience and serves on advisory boards for several leading legal companies and communities.
